河南业余游泳发展的制约因素与对策

Restrictive Factors and Countermeasures in the Development of Amateur Swimming in Henan Province

少年儿童业余体校是竞技体育生存发展的"生命线"和重要的基石。只有重视后备人才的培养,竞技体育的发展才有后劲。本文通过对河南少儿业余体校在训人数、教练员情况、竞赛体制等的调查,分析目前存在的问题,提出今后对河南少年儿童业余体校培养游泳后备人才的发展对策。

Amateur sports school is the foundation of the development of competitive sports and is of essential importance. Only by attaching importance to the cultivation of reserve talents can we sustainably develop competitive sports. This paper, by investigating the number of students and coaches in amateur sports schools and the system of competition, analyzes the existing problems and puts forward strategies for the training of reserve talents in those schools.
