摘要
中华武术源远流长,在发展过程中,由于种种原因而形成了众多的技术流派,峨嵋派拳术技艺除具有中华武术的普遍性之外,还独具手法细密、一法多变、掌指兼用、身灵步活、拳脚生风、刚柔相济、内外兼修等特点。本文主要运用文献资料法、实地考察法,对峨眉武术在全民健身中的健身养生价值进行了研究。旨在剖析峨眉健身养生武术的社会价值,同时提出峨眉健身养生武术发展的有效途径。
Chinese Wushu has a long history and has developed in various styles and schools for different reasons. Emei style boxing enjoys the common characteristics of Chinese Wushu and has its own distinctive features. This thesis, by means of literature reviewing and field study, probes into the body-building and health-preserving function of Emei Wushu. It aims at exploring the social value of Emei Wushu and puts forward some effective measures for the development of it.
