运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等对影响河南省中学排球后备人才培养现状进行研究,从运动队状况、教师结构等几个方面查找制约排球运动在中学开展的瓶颈,为河南省中学排球运动的发展提供参考。

This paper studies the situation of volleyball teams and the structure of teaching staff in secondary schools in Henan Province, hoping to find the bottleneck in the organization of volleyball in these schools, trying to give some suggestions for the development of volleyball in these schools.
