摘要
利用微波辅助提取柴胡中的多糖,不仅改进了传统的浸提工艺,而且优化了提取条件。通过单因素和正交试验确定微波辅助提取的最佳工艺条件:采用水作为提取剂、微波功率为900W、料液比为1∶30、提取时间为12min,柴胡多糖提取率可达3.011%。
Microwave-assisted extracting polysaccharides from Bupleurum chinense improved not only traditional extraction, but also the extraction conditions. The optimum extraction conditions was determined through single faetor and orthogonal ex- periments as that: with water as extractant, microwave power of 900 W, solid-liquid ratio of 1 : 30, extraction time of 12 min. Under the conditions, extraction ratio of polysaceharides from Bupleurum chinense was 3. 011%.
