影响V带当量摩擦因数的摩擦力方向角研究 被引量:5

摘要 根据V带传动的实际情况,分析传动带在主动轮和从动轮动弧区内任意位置的周向变形和径向变形,给出摩擦力方向角的计算公式;并运用Matlab软件绘制出动弧角和方向角的关系图。通过分析摩擦力方向角对当量摩擦因数的影响,得出从动轮处当量摩擦因数随摩擦力方向角增大而减小,主动轮处当量摩擦因数随摩擦力方向角绝对值的增大而增大;根据主动轮当量摩擦因数μv≥μ/sin(θ/2),再结合2这极限打滑转矩的公式,可以解释实际的极限打滑转矩大于理论上的极限打滑转矩现象。 According to the actual situation of v-belt drive,the radial deformation and circular deformation of any position of dynamic arc area of driving wheel and driven wheel are analyzed,and the calculation formula of friction direction angle is given,the relational graph of dynamic arc angle and direction angle are obtained by using Matlab.Through the analysis of the influence of friction direction angle on equivalent friction coefficient,the regular of the equivalent friction coefficient of that the equivalent friction coefficient of driven wheel decrease with the increase of direction angle,the equivalent friction coefficient of driving wheel increase with the increase of absolute of direction angle.According to the equivalent friction coefficient of the driving wheel μv≥μ/sin(θ/2),and combining the formula of limit skid torque,the number of actual limit skid torque larger than the number of theory limit skid torque can be explained.
