节曲线封闭的非圆齿轮传动比函数设计 被引量:10

摘要 当只给定非圆齿轮传动比周期内的部分传动比函数时,提出了两种方法设计整个周期的传动比函数,使非圆齿轮能够连续传动且传动比函数二阶连续,以保证传动平稳。首先根据主从轮各自转圈数要求确定传动比函数的周期,在保证齿轮能够连续传动的条件上,分别应用傅里叶级数和多项式补足周期内给定部分区间外的传动比函数。最后给出算例,解释这两种传动比函数的设计过程并比较这两种方法的优劣,为节曲线封闭的非圆齿轮传动比设计提供了依据。 When given only part of transmission ratio function of non-circular gear in period,two methods to design entire transmission ratio in period and ensure non-circular gear can smooth transmission are proposed.The period of transmission ratio function is determined according to the requirement of rotation number.On condition that the gear smooth transmission,the transmission ratio of outside given interval in period is complemented by using Fourier series and polynomials.Finally,the example is given,design process of the two transmission ratio function are explained compared.The basis of transmission ratio design of non-circular gear of closed pitch curve is provided.
