摘要 以EPS减速装置的蜗轮蜗杆副为研究对象,运用齿轮啮合原理和刀具切削原理,并结合实际加工刀具参数,范成法求解齿廓曲线方程,通过对UG的二次开发,建立人机交互界面,实现了蜗轮蜗杆副自动精确建模系统的开发,并在此基础上进行蜗杆传动的接触有限元分析,得到啮合副接触应力云图,并对比传统接触应力计算公式,为蜗杆传动的接触应力的校核及轮齿失效机理的研究提供依据和参考。 Considering worm and worm gear in EPS deceleration device as research object,using gear engagement theory,cutting tool engagement theory and generating method,the gear tooth profile curve equation is solved.Through the secondary development of UG,the development of automatic and accurate worm and worm gear modeling system with the application of virtual design technology is achieved.On that basis,the worm transmission contact stress FEA is carried out,the contact stress diagrams is obtained.Compared with the traditional calculation formula of contact stress,the results provide the dependability and reference basis for stress calibration and failure mechanism of worm transmission.
