分析了煤气化炉炉篦传动装置的工况特点,在此基础上,分析了开式齿轮材料中各种化学元素对其机械性能和抗腐蚀性能的影响,分析了开式齿轮感应淬火时的冷待时间和预热温度,得出了一些有益的结论。

Working condition characteristics of fire grate transmission system for coal gasifier are analyzed.In the basis,influence of open gear material chemical elements on gear mechanical behavior and resistant to corrosion function is analyzed,and cooling lag time and preheating temperature of open gear induction hardening are also analyzed.
