摘要
通过对某铁路局15个一级非运输企业党政正职薪酬的分析,运用委托-代理等理论,提出铁路非运输企业经营者薪酬制度优化建议:分类设计,确定定价方式;薪酬结构多样化;解决内部薪酬差距问题,建立科学的业绩考核体系。
The article uses delegation-agency theory to analyzes 15 first-class non-transport enterprises party leaders remuneration in some railway bureau and proposes the remuneration optimization suggestions such as separate design,determination of pricing,diversity of remuneration structure,inner remuneration difference,develop scientific achievement evaluation system.
