阐述了塔里木油田分公司实施固定资产投资项目节能评估的主要做法,分析了实施节能评估的时间节点问题,并指出建设节能评估配套体系文件的必要性,提出了对节能评估的几点认识。

This paper expounds the implementation of energy-saving assessment of fixed asset investment projects in Tarim Oilfield Company.It analyzes the time nodes of implementing energy-saving assessment and points out the necessity of establishing energy-saving evaluation system files.Finally it puts forward some understandings of energy-saving assessment.
