摘要 对清香型白酒发展现状及优势进行了分析。从重视品鉴活动、细分消费结构市场、传播清香型白酒文化、技术创新协作平台建立、酿酒基地环境建设、提高酿造产品质量等提出了振兴清香型白酒的策略与措施。(孙悟) The development status of Fen-flavor liquor at present and its advantages were analyzed. The strategies and measures to revitalize Fen-flavor liquor were put forward as follows: paying more attention to liquor tasting activities, subdividing consumption structure and market, propagating Fen-flavor liquor culture, establishing technical innovation and cooperation platform, constructing liquor-making base, and improving liquor product quality etc. (Tran. by YUE Yang)
