发挥网络在反腐倡廉工作中的作用,是互联网时代群众监督的一种新形式,已经成为行政监督和司法监督的有力补充。网络以其独有的特征,一方面吸纳了民意表达,有效整合了民众的智慧和意见,形成了一个良性互动的社会民主环境,从而对执政、施政行为产生了无所不在的监督和约束。但与此同时,网络的自发性、虚拟性、匿名性和开放性等特征,也为网络反腐带来了先天缺陷。我们唯有积极应对,正确引导,不断规范,才能更好地发挥网络监督在反腐倡廉建设中的作用。

To exert the role of web in incorrupt government is a new way of mass supervision in the web era,which has become a powerful complement to administration supervision and judicial supervision.With its unique feature,integrating mass wisdom and suggestion effectively,forming a social democratic environment with optimum interaction,it does a widespread supervision and restriction to reign and administration,thus lessen and eliminate the possibilities of corruption.Meanwhile,its spontaneity,virtuality,anonymity and openness bring its innate disadvantage to web incorrupt.Thus,we have to actively lead and standardize it to make its role in incorrupt government construction.
