摘要
主要介绍了针对PMT信号模拟前端读出ASIC的设计。设计采用了Chartered 0.35μm 2P4MCOMS工艺,整个芯片集成了5个通道,每个通道包括电压前置放大器和快、慢成形(RC-CR-RC)电路,分别实现慢成形模拟波形输出和快成形后trigger输出。设计主要针对空间暗物质探测实验(HE-GARD)[1],前放增益和慢成形时间常数可调,具有良好的动态范围(14 bits)、积分非线性(<1%)和噪声特性(<1/10 p.e.)。
An ASIC of 5 channels is designed for PMT front-end readout,in Chartered 0.35 μm 2P4M COMS technology.Each channel integrates preamplifier,slow shaper,fast shaper and discriminator.The gain of preamp is adjustable and the time co nstant of slow shaper can be set to be 25 ns,50 ns and 100 ns.The chip is used for experiments of dark mAtter detecting(HEGARD).The results of simulation show it has good dynamic range(14 bits),good linearity(1%) and good noise performAnce(〈1/10 p.e.).
