肾移植术后重症肺炎的护理体会

Nursing Experience of Severe Postoperative Pulmonary Infection Complicated With Renal Transplantation

目的探讨肾移植术后重症肺炎的护理方法。方法回顾性分析总结8例肾移植术后重症肺部感染的临床治疗过程与预后。结果本组8例肾移植术后重症肺部感染患者中4例(50%)治愈,2例(25%)死于急性呼吸窘迫综合,放弃治疗2例(25%)。结论对肾移植术后重症肺炎患者行综合治疗与相关护理,对其康复有重要意义。

Objective To explore the nursing strategy for pulmonary infection after renal transplantation. Methods The clinical data of 8 cases of severe postoperative pulmonary infection complicated with renal transplantation were retrospectively analyzed. Results Four cases （50%） out of 8 patients with severe pulmonary infection were rescued successfully and 2 cases （25%） died of aeute respirator distress syndrome. Conclusion composite treatment and elabo- rate nursing are of vital importance to successful rescue treatment.
