摘要
目的研究板蓝根中11个化学成分体外抗流感病毒亚甲型鼠肺适应株(FM1)和呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)的活性,确定板蓝根抗病毒的有效成分。方法用MTT法检测11种化学成分对FM1和RSV的抑制作用。以病毒抑制率作为评价指标,比较11个化学成分抗病毒作用的效果。结果对FM1抑制率分别为104.81%、63.53%、49.27%、102.07%、45.40%、60.51%、47.43%、29.20%、24.91%、49.51%、53.00%。对RSV的抑制率分别为14.47%、12.15%、6.80%、17.89%、44.56%。结论 11个单体抗FM1的作用要强于抗RSV的作用;其中,靛玉红和异牡荆苷抗FM1的效果最好。
Objective: To study the inhibitory effects against FM1 and RSV of 11 chemical constituent of Radix Isatidis in vitro and to establish the constituent with antivirus activity.Methods:Inhibitory effects against FM1 and RSV of these chemical constituent were detected by methyl thiazolyl tetrazoliym assay.The antivirus activities of 11chemical constituent were compared when being used inhibitory rate as evaluate index.Results: The inhibitory rate against FM1 were 104.81%,63.53%,49.27%,102.07%,45.40%,60.51%,47.43%,29.20%,24.91%,49.51%,53.00% respectively.The inhibitory rate against RSV were14.47%,12.15%,6.80%,17.89%,44.56% respectively.Conclusion: In these 11 constituents,their effects againsst FM1 are greater than their against RSV.Moreover,the best compositions of FM1 prevention are Indirubin and Vitexin.
