摘要
瓦斯灾害是煤矿灾害之首,瓦斯防治始终是煤矿安全工作(包括煤矿安全监察工作)的重中之重。为创新煤矿瓦斯防治监察的方式方法,江西煤监局探索将瓦斯防治监察分为地面检查组和井下现场检查组分组实施。地面检查组负责检查通风管理、瓦斯管理、安全监控、突出矿井防突等相关资料,井下现场检查组负责检查瓦斯防治安全技术措施和管理措施的现场落实情况,形成规范、高效的瓦斯防治监察方法。
Gas disaster is the primary disaster in collieries,whose prevention is always the most important in colliery safety work（including safety supervision work）.In order to innovate supervision methods of gas prevention in collieries,a standard,efficient supervision method of gas prevention has been formed in Jiangxi Coal Industry Safety Supervision Bureau,which has been implemented respectively by two groups——Ground Inspection Team who is in charge of gas prevention information such as inspecting ventilation management information,gas management information,safety monitoring information and outburst prevention information,etc.,and Underground on-site Inspection Team who is in charge of on-site implementation of gas prevention safety technique measures and management measures such as inspecting ventilation management,gas management,safety monitoring system management and outburst prevention management,etc.
