摘要
建立测定阿奇霉素囊泡中药物含量的方法。采用分光光度法,用浓度为75%的硫酸作为显色剂,测定阿奇霉素囊泡中药物含量。阿奇霉素在482nm处有最大吸收,浓度在15—45μg.mL-1范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为:A=0.0168C-0.0182,r=0.9999(n=3)。该法操作简便、快速,重现性好,结果准确可靠,可用于阿奇霉素囊泡中药物含量的测定。
The method for determination of drug in azithromycin niosomes by spectrophotometry was developed.The drug contents of azithromycin were determined at 482nm with 75% sulfuric acid as the colour developing agent.The calibration curve of azithromycin was linear in range of 15—45μg·mL-1,and the regression equation was as follows:A=0.0168C-0.0182,r=0.9999(n=3).The method is easy to operate,highly accurate and reliable in results,and that can be used to determine the content of drug in azithromycin niosomes.
