阻抑动力学光度法测定煤中的痕量钼

Determination of Trace Molybdenum in Coal by Inhibitory Kinetics Spectrophotometry

摘要 基于在硫酸介质中,痕量钼(Ⅵ)阻抑高碘酸钾氧化溴酚蓝的褪色反应,建立了阻抑动力学光度法测定痕量钼的新方法。研究了反应的最佳条件,测定了反应动力学参数。方法的线性范围为0—0.050μg.mL-1钼(Ⅵ),检出限为3.85×10-10g.mL-1,相对标准偏差小于7.0%。用于煤样中钼的测定,结果满意。 A new inhibitory discoloring kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace molybdenum(Ⅵ) was studied.The method was based on inhibitory discoloring effect of bromophenol blue oxidized by potassium periodate in medium of H2SO4.The optimum conditions and the kinetic parameters were studied.The linear range was 0—0.050μg·mL-1 for molybdenum(Ⅵ) with detection limit of 3.85×10-10g·mL-1.The relative standard deviations were less than 7.0%.The method was applied to the determination of molybdenum in coal with satisfactory results.
