摘要
对电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定岩石中6个常量元素Ca、Mg、Fe、Na、K、Al的不确定度来源进行了详细分析。不确定度的来源主要包括分析过程中所用的天平、玻璃器皿、校准曲线、标准溶液、试液定容体积及测量重复性等引入的不确定度分量。计算出各分量的不确定度,得到测定结果的合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。
The sources for the uncertainty were analyzed in detail for the determination of major elements,including calcium,magnesium,iron,sodium,potassium and aluminum,in rock by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).The main sources of measurement uncertainty came from sub-uncertainties of the analytical balance,analytical glassware,calibration curves,calibration solutions,reagent volume and repetitive measurements.Each sub-uncertainty was calculated,and combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty of the measurement results were obtained.
