摘要
利用荧光光谱法和紫外吸收光谱法研究了Se(Ⅳ)对水杨酸与DNA的结合模式、结合常数的影响。结果表明,Se(Ⅳ)的加入使水杨酸与DNA由嵌入式结合转变为沟槽结合,结合作用力由疏水作用力转变为氢键和范德华力,同时结合常数变大,说明Se(Ⅳ)对水杨酸与DNA的结合起促进作用,这可能是由于Se(Ⅳ)和水杨酸形成络合物,又通过水合分子以氢键与DNA上的碱基对结合,从而促进了水杨酸与DNA的结合。
The effects of Se(Ⅳ) on the binding mode and binding constant of the reaction of salicylic acid(SA) and DNA were studied by fluorescence and UV spectrometry.The results showed that the presence of Se(Ⅳ) can make the binding mode of SA and DNA turn to groove binding from intercalative binding,and change the binding force of SA and DNA into hydrogen bond and Van der Waals force from hydrophobic forces,and increase the binding constant of SA and DNA,which indicated that Se(Ⅳ) can promote the binding of SA and DNA.The reason may be that the complex is formed from Se(Ⅳ) with SA,and hydrogen bond combined with the base pair of DNA by the hydrated molecule,thereby the bind of SA and DNA was promoted.
