ANALYSIS ON RUNNING CONDITIONS OF ETHYLENE TRANSFER PUMP IN THE 1 000 KT/A ETHYLENE PLANT IN TIANJIN DURING START-UP AND THE SOLUTIONS

天津百万吨乙烯装置的乙烯外送泵在开车过程中,由于诸多原因造成机泵不能正常运行。通过分析运行及现场工艺配管情况,发现问题存在的根源,并制定了行之有效的解决方案,为正常操作和检修改造指明了方向。

The ethylene transfer pump in the 1 000 kt/a ethylene plant in Tianjin failed to operate normally during start-up due to various reasons.Based on analysis of the running conditions and onsite process piping,root causes of this problem are identified and effective solutions are developed accordingly,giving directions for its normal operation,maintenance and renovation.
