Case Analysis of Boiler Flame Detector System Reform

火焰检测系统是炉膛安全监控系统(FSSS)的重要组成部分,以美国ABB和COEN火焰检测系统为例,分析了其在山西兴能发电有限公司300 MW锅炉的改造及使用情况。在火检系统改造过程中,重新安装了ABB UvisorTM SF810智能分体式火焰监测系统,调整了火检探头的安装位置和安装角度,增加了火检信号的逻辑判断功能,优化了火检运行参数,从而保证了火焰检测系统的安全、准确、可靠性。

The flame detector system is an important part of furnace safety supervision system（FSSS）.This paper,taking the ABB and COEN flame detector system as example,analyses its installation,service and reform in 300 MW boiler of Shanxi Gujiao Power Plant.It is meaningful to the safe operation of the boiler.
