摘要
趾板与防渗面板作为面板堆石坝施工质量控制的重点与难点,其施工工艺的控制是质量管理的关键。龙马水电站在施工中通过控制滑膜提升的速度、减少面板基础及内部插筋对混凝土面板的约束、控制趾板鼻坎处的轮廓线及止水片安装位置精度、控制趾板周边的三角形区域的混凝土施工工艺等措施,不断改进与提高施工工艺,最终,本工程趾板与防渗面板质量达到优良等级。其经验可供其他类似工程施工借鉴。
It is difficult to control the construction quality of toe board seepage-proof panel and its technical control is the key to the quality control.By controlling the lift speed of synovium,decreasing restraining to concrete panel given by panel foundation inside joint bar,controlling the positional precision of contour line at the bucket lip of the toe board water stop strip installation position,controlling concrete construction technology of the triangle area around the toe board,the construction quality of toe board seepage-proof panel in Longma Hydropower Station reached excellent level.The construction experience is true of the other similar project constructions.
