摘要
研究挖掘机回转系统优化控制问题,由于液压挖掘机回转系统制动时易产生液压冲击和回转马达反转现象,严重影响了挖掘机的使用寿命、操作者的舒适性和安全感。为解决上述问题,提出一种回转马达出油口压力—转速复合控制方法,对回转马达制动腔压力进行分段控制。并利用AMESim和MATLAB/Simulink仿真平台对挖掘机回转系统进行联合仿真分析。结果表明,改进方法可以减小回转系统压力冲击,消除了马达反转现象,提供了改善挖掘机回转系统制动平稳性的有效途径。
Slewing system of hydraulic excavator is easy to produce hydraulic shock and slew motor reversal when braking.It seriously affects the using life of the excavators,the operator's comfortability and security.To solve this problem,a composite control method based on pressure-speed of slew motor was proposed,and segmented control was made on brake chamber pressure.AMESim and MATLAB/Simulink simulation platform was used to do co-simulation for slewing system.The results show that the method can reduce the pressure impact of system and eliminate the reversal of slew motor.The method is feasible and effective to improve the braking stability of hydraulic excavator slewing system.
