紫外分光光度法测定甲基丁香酚含量方法的建立 被引量:1

摘要 采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长230nm对甲基丁香酚原料药含量进行测定。结果表明,在0μg/mL~5μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为A=0.025 1x-0.001 4(r=0.996 6,n=5),平均回收率为99.45%,RSD为1.03%(n=3),测定的甲基丁香酚原料药的含量为98.27%。该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于甲基丁香酚原料药的质量控制。 The content of methyleugenol was determined by UV spectrophotometry at 230 nm.The calibration curve for the quantitative analysis of methyleugenol by UV spectrophotometry was A=0.025 1x-0.001 4(r=0.996 6,n=5),the linear relationship was good in the range of 0 μg/mL-5 μg/mL and the average recovery was 99.45%,with RSD of 1.03%(n=3).The content of methyleugenol was 98.27%.The method is simple,rapid,accurate and applicable to the analysis of methyleugenol for the quality control.
