顶复器门原虫滑行马达复合物研究进展

摘要 顶复器门原虫是一类细胞内专性寄生虫,其中入侵期的虫体借助肌动蛋白动力系统及其相关调节蛋白共同构成了"滑行马达复合物",通过自身独特的入侵机制对宿主细胞产生最为严重的危害。论文就顶复器门原虫"滑行马达复合物"组成相关分子的研究进展进行综述。 Apicomplexa are a monophyletic group of obligate intracellular parasites that invade a wide range of host cells.The parasites in invasion stages move by actin and related regulatory proteins-based gliding motor complex,that lead to the most damage to the parasitical tissues.The study on gliding motor complex composition and related molecules were reviewed in this article.
