摘要 为了保障实验动物的居住安全,屏障环境是重要条件。排气通风笼具(EVC)在屏障环境中的应用,表现出了良好的效果和应用前景。论文就EVC的工作原理、构造和优势等进行探讨,认为此系统非常值得在实验动物领域进行推广。 In order to ensure clean and safe live condition and food of clean level in SPF laboratory animals,barrier environment is important condition.Exhaust ventilated cages(EVC) used in barrier environment showed a good effect and prospective.This paper discussed its work principle,structure and advantages and so on,and considered that this system is very worth promoting in the fields of experimental animals
