摘要
在十二烷基硫酸钠存在下,pH=3.0的柠檬酸钠-盐酸缓冲溶液中,核黄素与1-萘酚相互作用,导致体系共振光散射强度显著增强,据此建立了共振光散射法快速测定片剂中核黄素的新方法.在λ=540 nm处,共振光散射强度(△IRLS)最大且光散射强度与核黄素的浓度在0.2~3.0μgmL范围内成正比,检出限为2.38×10-2μg/mL.该法简便快捷、灵敏度高,可用于市售维生素B2药片中核黄素的测定.
In this paper,a new method for determination of riboflavin in vitamin B2 tablets is developed.In the presence of sodium dodecyl sulfate,and at pH 3.0 sodium citrate-hydrochloric acid's buffer solution,the interaction of riboflavin and 1-naphthol results in enhanced resonance light scattering signals.The RLS signal reaches to the highest intensity at the wavelength of 540 nm,and the intensity is proportional to the riboflavin concentration in the range of 0.2~3.0 μg/mL with the detection limit of 2.38×10^-2 μg/mL.The proposed method is simple,rapid,sensitive and can be successfully applied for the detemination of riboflavin in pharmaceutical vitamin B2 tablets.
