摘要 目的:建立一个简单分析羧甲司坦片中一氯乙酸的方法。方法:采用离子色谱法测定羧甲司坦片中一氯乙酸,选用Metrosep A Supp7-250阴离子分析柱,3.6 mmol.L-1 Na2 CO3淋洗液,流速0.8mL.min-1。结果:在0.02~0.2mg.L-1范围内,一氯乙酸的浓度与色谱峰面积呈良好线性关系,相关系数0.999694,回收率92.1%,检出限0.432μg.L-1。结论:本方法简单、科学、可靠,可用于羧甲司坦片中一氯乙酸的分析。 OBJECTIVE:To develop a simple method for the determination of monochloroacetic acid(MCAA) in carbocisteine.METHODS:The determination of monochloroacetic acid(MCAA) in carbocisteine was solved with the Metrosep A Supp7-250 column.3.6mmol·L-1 sodium carbonate solution was used as eluent at a flow rate of 0.8mL·min-1.RESULTS: The linear range of MCAA was 0.02-0.2 mg·L-1(r=0.999694).The recovery was 92.1%.The limit of detection is 0.432μg·L-1.CONCLUSION:The method was simple,specific and reliable.It is applicable for the quality control of monochloroacetic acid in carbocisteine.
