目前,中国正在面临着无法忽视的半城市化问题。半城市化是中国由典型的"城市—农村二元结构"向"纯粹的城乡一体化"转变过程中的过渡阶段,是不可避免的现象。根据"脱离-嵌入"理论可知,改革开放使中国从计划经济体制转向市场经济体制,大大地加快了经济发展步伐。目前中国城乡之间的经济活动已经完全融为一体,基本完成了"脱离—嵌入"过程。但是在城乡管理制度、城乡文化、生活习惯、社会认同、社会心理等方面尚未完成"脱离-嵌入"过程,导致了半城市化的出现。各级政府应该采取各种措施,缩短中国由"半城市化"向"纯粹城乡一体化"转变的时间。

At present,China is facing semi-urban issues that can not be ignored.Semi-urbanization is inevitable phenomenon in typical of China by ＂urban-rural dual structure＂ to ＂urban and rural integration of purely＂ transitional stage in the process of change.According to ＂disembedding-embedding＂ theory,we can see that reform and opening up of China from planned economy to market economy,greatly accelerated the pace of economic development.China＇s current economic activities between urban and rural has been fully integrated with the completion of the ＂disembedding-embedding＂ process.However,the management system in urban and rural,urban and rural culture,habits,social identity,social psychology are not yet complete ＂disembedding-embedding＂ process,leading to the emergence of semi-urbanization.Governments should take measures to reduce the time that is form the ＂semi-urban＂ to＂pure urban-rural integration＂.
