“民工荒”背景下新生代农民工劳动力资源问题研究

随着我国社会经济的发展,新生代农民逐渐成为我国目前劳动力市场的主力军。新生代农民具有时代的新特点,他们懂文化有理想有追求。企业传统的职工管理模式已经不能满足他们的利益诉求。伴随着产业转移和经济结构调整,我国东部沿海城市不断发生"民工荒"现象。如何在"民工荒"背景下考量新生代农民工劳动力资源问题,构建劳动力资源配置机制、农民工权益法律保障机制、新生代农民工教育培训机制,寻求"民工荒"问题的解决对策,具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。

As China＇s social and economic development,the new generation of farmers has become the main force of China＇s current labor market.New generation of farmers with new features of the times,they not only understand the culture,but also have the pursuit of ideals.Traditional enterprise management staff can not meet their interests and aspirations.With the transfer of industries and economic restructuring,＂labor shortage＂ phenomenon continues to occur China＇s eastern coastal.How to solve the problem of ＂labor Shortage＂ in the context of labor resources from the new generation of migrant workers,build mechanisms for allocation of labor resources,rights of migrant workers legal protection mechanisms,new generation of migrant workers education and training mechanisms,search for ＂labor shortage＂ problem solving strategies,has important theoretical and practical significance.
