参麦注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭76例疗效观察

The effective observation on shenmai injection for chronic heart failure of 132 cases

目的观察参麦注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效及预后。方法将132例慢性心力衰竭住院病人根据随机数字表分为对照组和治疗组,两组均采用常规治疗,治疗组加用参麦注射液50ml静脉滴注,每日1次,2周后停用。结果治疗组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率73.3%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示治疗组总疗效率明显优于对照组。结论参麦注射液可明显改善心力衰竭患者的临床症状和心功能,辅助治疗慢性心力衰竭安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of shenmai injection for chronic heart failure.Methods 132 patients with chronic congestive heart failure were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group and control group were treated with routine methods and the treatment groups was treated with Shenmai Injection,additionally.Results The total efficienct rate of treatment group and control group were 90% and 73.3%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Shenmai Injection is effective for Chronic congestive heart failure.
