抗眩晕合剂治疗眩晕症临床观察

Clinical observe of anti-vertigo mixture on vertigo

目的探讨抗眩晕合剂治疗眩晕症的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择患者217例,随机分为治疗组115例,给予普鲁卡因120mg+苯海拉明40mg+烟酸50mg+维生素B6100mg,加入5%葡萄糖/生理盐水250ml(简称抗眩晕合剂)静脉滴注,每日1次。对照组112例给予葛根素200mg,加入5%葡萄糖(或生理盐水)250ml静脉滴注,每日1次。结果治疗组总有效率(100%)高于对照组(86.4%,P<0.05)。结论抗眩晕合剂治疗眩晕症安全、有效。

Objective To explore the safety and effect of anti-vertigo mixture on vertigo.Method 217 patients were randomly divided into two groups including treatment group（115 cases） treated with anti-vertigo mixture（Procain Hydrochloride 120mg,Diphenhydramine Hychchloride 40mg,Nictinic Acid 50mg and Vitamine B6 100mg） and comparative group（112 cases） treated with Puerar Injection.Result The effective ratio of treatment group was 76%,significantly higher than the comparative group（P〈0.05）.Total effect rate was 100%.Conclusion Anti-vertigo mixture on vertigo treatment is safe and effective.
