摘要
通过对汽车灯盒的产品结构和注射成型存在的工艺问题研究,选择高聚合度聚氯乙烯(HPVC)的成型工艺参数,确定了该塑件的注射模结构为一模一腔。设计了分别装在动模和定模的多个镶块的抽芯机构,自动顶出机构,浇注系统和温度控制系统。结果表明:多镶件抽芯、自动顶出、顺序脱模机构解决了较复杂盒体的多凹槽成型问题。
An injection mould structure of one module and one cavity was determined by studying the structure of the auto lamp box and technology problems in injection forming and choosing the molding parameters of HPVC. The core-pulling mechanism of many inserts in the fixed mold and movable mold, auto-cresting mechanism, inject system and temperature control systems were established. Results indicated that the core-pulling mechanism of many insert, auto-cresting mechanism, and order demoulding mechanism could overcome the molding problem of complex lamp box many groove.
