防风通圣丸治疗精神药物所致体重增加临床观察

The clinical observation about Fang Feng Tong Sheng Wan to treat weight gain coused by psychotropic drugs

目的：观察防风通圣丸结合社会心理学干预策略治疗精神药物所致体重增加的疗效及安全性。方法：采用简单随机方法将100例患者分为治疗组和对照组各50例。治疗组采用防风通圣丸口服6g，bid，同时配合社会心理学干预策略一节食和锻炼；对照组予以社会心理学干预策略一节食和锻炼.连续观察3个月，每月评定1次体重、体重指数（BMI），并监测不良反应。结果：治疗组50例，显效2例，有效27例，总有效率58％，与对照组比较差异极显著（P〈0．01），两组治疗前后BMI比较差异显著（P〈0．05），不良反应监测显示两组无统计学意义。结论：防风通圣丸结合社会心理学干预策略治疗精神药物所致体重增加安全有效，可提高患者对精神药物的依从性。

Objective：Fang Feng Tong Sheng Wan observation of social psychosocial intervention strategies to treat psychotropic drugs - induced weight gain in efficacy and safety. Conclusion： Fang Feng Tong Sheng Wan combined with social psychosocial intervention strategies to treat psychotropic drugs cause weight gain safe and effective . psychotropic drugs can improve patient compliance.
