双花解毒口服液药效学研究

Researches On Pharmacology Of Double--flower--detoxification Oral Liquid

目的：研究双花解毒口服液解热抗炎药理作用；方法：采用耳缘静脉注射啤酒酵母诱导家兔发热模型、二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀、小鼠腹腔注射0.6%冰醋酸所致毛细血管通透性增加以及10%蛋清生理盐水所致大鼠足趾肿胀等炎症模型来观察双花解毒口服液解热抗炎药理作用；结果：双花解毒口服液小剂量1.7ml/kg组能有效抑制啤酒酵母所致家兔体温升高（P〈0.01）；双花解毒口服液中剂量0.2ml/20g组能显著抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀（P〈0.01），双花解毒口服液大剂量0.4ml/20g组能显著抑制0.6%冰醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高（P〈0.01），双花解毒口服液大剂量4ml/200g组能有效抑制10%蛋清生理盐水所致大鼠足趾肿胀（P〈0.05）。结论：双花解毒口服液具有显著的解热、抗炎作用，为临床治疗外感风热所致咽喉肿痛提供了较为充分的药理学依据。

Objective： To study on Pharmacology of Double-flower-detoxification oral liquid Methods： Beer yeast induced fever model by rabbits＇ ear intravenous injection，xylene caused mice auricle tumefaction model, acetic acid induced increase in capillary permeability and influence of rats caused by the egg white swelling Results：Small dose 1.7 ml / kg group of Double-flower-detoxification oral liquid can effectively restrain rabbits temperature rise which is caused by beer yeast cause （P〈 0.01）, small dose 2 ml / 20g group can significantly inhibit ear edema in mice induced by xylene（P 〈 0.01）, large dose 0.4 ml / 20g group can effectively restrain mice capillary permeability of the abdominal increased （P 〈 0.01）, large dose 4ml/200g group can effectively restrain egg white induced foot edema in rat （P 〈 0.05）Conclusion： Double-flower-detoxification oral liquid takes an important role in antipyretic and anti-inflammatory, which provides full Pharmacology foundation in clinic diseases caused by wind hot throat sore.
