急诊科实施优质护理服务的实践与探索 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨急诊科开展优质护理服务的方法与成效。方法:针对急诊科特点,组织科室学习,更新服务理念,优化流程,弹性排班,强化业务培训,改善硬件设施,多个部门协作等举措。结果:护理质量提高,患者满意度上升,差异均具有统计学意义(p〈0.01)。结论:在急诊科实施优质护理服务,有利于提高护理质量和患者对护理工作的满意度。 Objective:To explore the methods and effects of implementing "High--Quality Nursing Service Demonstration Project". Methods:Based on the characteristics of emergency department,the following measures were taken, including organizing departments to study course, upgrading service attitude, work process and schedule, strengthening business training, improving hardware facilities,coordination among multiple--departments, etc. Results:The quality of nursing and the satisfaction of patients to nursing work were improved after carrying out "High--Quality Nursing Service Demonstration Project". The differences were statistically significant(P〈0.01). Conclusion : The implementing of high--quality nursing services is beneficial to increase the quality of nursing and the satisfaction of patients to nursing work.
