Based on the case study of Elite Housing Rainbow City,the thesis is to make an analysis of all kinds of problems responded to the designing of high-end homes in the city and make solutions to it.From this the author concludes that attitude determines the success or failure of the designing and it can make it only if they must be involved in the project operation from the general designing concept to the creation detail.
