microRNA与多发性骨髓瘤的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 MicroRNA(miRNA)是一类由内源基因编码的长度为18~24个核苷酸的非编码单链RNA分子。miRNA参与生命过程中一系列的重要进程,包括细胞增殖、分化和凋亡,个体发育,机体代谢及免疫调节。目前已发现的人类miRNA(约50%)在基因组上定位于肿瘤相关基因的脆性位点。根据miRNA与靶基因的配对程度,将miRNA与靶基因的作用方式主要分为两种:完全配对和不完全配对。
