摘要
以服务供应商面向订单进行的专用性人力资本投资水平作为有效信号,建立了信号传递模型,得出不同合作意愿服务供应商的专用性人力资本投资水平分离均衡解,为服务供应商获得与服务需求商的长期合作机会提供了科学方法。
Taking the investment level of service providers on specific human capital as the valid signal,this paper constructs a signalling model,and provides the level separate equilibrium solution on service providers with different cooperative wills,which provides the scientific method for the long-term cooperation between the providers and demanders.
