Competition Performance of Return Policy in Supply Chain based on Computational Experiment

针对由多个供应商和多个零售商组成的结构可变的供应链网络,分析了供应商均不采用协调策略、部分采用协调策略以及均采用协调策略三种情景下供应链网络的竞争绩效。研究发现在不同的协调情景下,供应商为使其领衔的供应链实现利润最大化而采用的协调策略对于其零售商客户及供应链均为占优策略,但对供应商本身并非是占优策略,供应商应通过调整契约参数重新分配供应链因协调而产生的收益。还研究了市场需求不确定性对不同协调情景下各主体收益的影响。

Considering a supply chain network consisted of multiple suppliers and multiple retailers whose structure can be changed, this paper analyzes the supply chain network competition performance in three scenarios： all suppliers （coordinated scenario）, part of suppliers （hybrid scenario） or none of suppliers （uncoordinated scenario） adopted coordination policy. It shows that coordination policy to maximize supply chain profit is a dominant strategy for each retailer and supply chain, but not a dominant strategy for adopting suppliers themselves. The suppliers should reallocate benefits generated from coordination policy by adjusting the contract parameters. In addition, it investigates the impact of market demand uncertainty on the benefit of agents in different scenarios.
