Nationwide prosperity makes Chinese people,from all aspect,have desire to reshape the image of the country.Human beings as a species are facing a problem that how to keep balance between their growing knowledge and wisdom to use it.This paper,from the cultural perspective of the industry value chain,would rather to consider the planning of architecture.
