高压氧治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病临床疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨高压氧治疗新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的临床疗效。方法依据HIE诊断标准及分度标准,选择中、重度HIE患儿共80例,随机分为实验组和对照组,治疗组给予常规治疗的基础上加用高压氧治疗,对照组采用常规治疗,观察疗效并进行比较。结果治疗组总有效率为92.5%,对照组为77.5%,治疗组疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05)疗效。结论高压氧(HBO)是治疗新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病非常理想的方法,对于新生儿脑功恢复,减少后遗症的发生,具有重要意义,值得广大医院推广使用。
