摘要
本文以药品不良反应报告数(ADR)作为药品安全监管水平的重要指标,并基于药品安全监管水平与人力资源的关联度分析,以及对药品安全人力资源的状况分析,提出了提高药品安全人力资源质量的策略:加强培训和教育、提升科学装备和规范工作流程。
This article discussed the relationship between the pharmaceutical human resources and the supervisory level regarding as the reports of Adverse Drug Reaction(ADR) for reflecting supervisory level.The author discussed the relationship human resources and Supervision ability,and described the human resources status of the drug safety.Basing on the above-mentioned the paper explored the human resource developing strategy,such as the training and education,strengthening and improving the scientific equipment,and reinforcing the work procedure.
