轻度动脉硬化人群的社区生活方式干预体会

摘要 动脉硬化是一种与生活方式密切相关的疾病。近年来,由于社会经济的快速发展和人们生活方式的变化,心脑血管疾病发病率呈继续增高态势,不但严重威胁人类健康,影响生活质量,且已成为危害国人身体健康的第一杀手,其罪魁祸首是动脉硬化。引起动脉硬化原因有300多种,其中吸烟、大量饮酒、缺乏运动、精神紧张、饮食缺乏蔬菜水果、高胆固醇、腹型肥胖是造成动脉硬化的重要因素。但动脉硬化的发生发展是十分缓慢的过程,从早期阶段以损伤处出现少量泡沫细胞,脂质沉积在血管壁的细胞外间隙,内膜增生,到最严重时形成粥样斑块大概需要30年时间,而且长期无任何症状,
