摘要 目的:实践教学是培养医学生的科学精神、科学素养和实践能力的重要环节,探索第二课堂活动内容和方式的创新,能够更好地实现满足学生的求知欲,培养学生的综合素质。方法:我校形态学实验室在七年制学生中开展了综合性实验"小鼠动情周期的观察及组织学标本制备"的第二课堂活动,学生亲自参与实验方案的设计、实施。结果:第二课堂活动作为第一课堂的延续和有益补充,不仅促进了学生对专业知识的掌握,而且拓宽了学生的知识面,提高学生探索知识宝库的积极性和主观能动性。结论:参与本活动的学生的多种能力得到不同程度的培养和锻练,综合素质明显提高。 Objective:Practical teaching is an important part to train medical students the scientific spirit, scientific literacy and practical ability. The aim of this study was to explore the contents and ways of the extracurricular activity and meet the students’ desire for knowledge and train their overall quality. Methods:the morphological laboratory carried out an extracurricular activity of comprehensive experiments, that is "observation of the estrous cycle of mice, and histology specimens preparation"in medical students. The students participate in the design and implementation of experimental program. Results:The extracurriculum acitivity benefited the students a lot in both knowledge and ability. Conclusion:It is proved that each of the students, who has taken part in the extracurricular activity, would develop his capacities of sorts. The overall quality would be improved significantly.
