基层社区居民健康档案信息收集的调查分析

A Investigation and Analysis about Collecting Information of Health Records of Community Residents In the Grass-roots Community

居民健康档案是社区卫生服务工作中收集、记录社区居民健康信息的重要工具,是社区顺利开展社区医疗服务的基础,是满足社区居民卫生服务需求的重要保证。随机抽取荆州、沙市城区10个社区卫生服务站,就社区居民的构成、健康档案建立、信息收集情况等内容进行问卷调查。成功建立居民健康档案的比例为38.3%～58.4%,平均42.6%;建立本社区居民健康档案所用时间为1.2～1.8年,平均1.54年;建立一户居民健康档案的时间为45min～2d,平均4.3h。作为我国中部经济欠发达的地市级城市基层社区,建档成功率远远低于大城市和经济发达地区,表明居民健康信息的收集、更新有待提高。首先要加强宣讲,提高居民对建立健康档案重要性的认识,其次要根据社区实际,制定信息采集的方式方法,改进社区卫生服务站的工作经营方式。

The health records of Community residents are the important tools about collectting and recording health information of community residents,the basis about carrying out community health services successfully,the guarantee about meeting the needs of health services of community residents.Sampling Randomly 10 community health service stations in Jingzhou and Shashi District,Surveying the informations such as the composition of community residents,establishment of health records and Collection of information.The rate of establishing successfully health records is 38.3%~58.4%,an average of 42.6%,the time that establishing all health records of the community residents of a community is 1.2~1.8 years,an average of 1.54 years;the time that establishing the health records of a community residents is 45min～2d,an average of 4.3h.As less developed economies in central China prefecture-level cities,the filing success rate is far below the big cities and economically developed areas in Jingzhou and Shashi District,The collecting and updating of residents' health information needs to be improved.First,to strengthen the propaganda and improve residents' awareness about the importance of a healthy file,secondly,to develop ways and means of collecting information and improve working mode of community health service stations.
