摘要
以近年来辽宁省审定的61个水稻品种为试材,对品质性状的现状及性状间的相关进行了分析。结果显示,辽宁省水稻品种间品质性状差异较大,主要体现在外观、营养、蒸煮品质的部分性状上,加工品质性状制约了品质性状的进一步提升。在性状的关系上,外观品质与蒸煮品质优质性状结合能力较强,透明度与垩白粒率优良性状的结合能力相对好。在全部品质性状中精米率、整精米率、粒长、籽粒长宽比、垩白粒率、垩白度、透明度、直链淀粉、碱消值是影响稻米品质表现的主要性状,在部分品质性状间存在着显著或极显著相关,为品质性状的间接选择提供了依据。
Analysis on the situation of quality characters and its correlation was conducted by using the 61 rice varieties authorized in Liaoning.The results showed that there were significant differences in quality among varieties,especially in appearance,nutrition and cooking quality.Processing quality restricted the qualities to further improvement.Appearance quality strongly combined with cooking quality,and transparency strongly combined with low chalkiness ratio.The main characters that affected rice qualities included percentage of milled rice,percentage of head milled rice,grain length,grain length/width,chalky rice rate,chalkiness,transparency,amylase and alkali digestion value.There were negative or positive relationships between characters,which provided reasons to indirectly choose these characters.
