水稻耐冷基因研究进展

Advance of Study on Cold Resistance Gene of Rice

冷害是水稻减产的主要原因之一,也是全世界普遍关注的问题。从水稻耐冷相关基因的定位和克隆角度对水稻耐冷性研究做了阐述,并对今后水稻耐冷研究和育种工作提出了应该重视对地下部根系耐冷性的评价;培育耐冷品种;寻找到各种环境下出现儿率较高和较稳定的QTLs,以供水稻耐冷性分子标记辅助选择等建议。

Chilling injury is one of the main reasons why rice production and it is the issue of universal concern.It expounded the cold resistance of rice from location of the related gene and clone,and it proposed the key tasks on cold resistance and breeding such as cold resistant evaluation on root,cultivating variety cold tolerance,finding higher risk and more stable OTLs in different contexts for auxiliary selection of molecular marker on cold resistance.
