Study on the Strategy of Improving the Quality of Graduation Project(Thesis) in Local Universities

在高等教育人才培养过程中,毕业设计(论文)是一个重要实践性教学环节,也是学生毕业前最后一次综合实战模拟演练,对学生能力培养有着不可或缺的重要作用。文章分析了地方高校毕业设计(论文)教学环节中存在的质量影响因素,从师资力量、导师制度、选题、网络化管理、过程管理等方面,提出了相应的管理策略与办法,以期达到提高毕业设计(论文)质量与水平的目的。

In personnel training in higher education,the graduation project（thesis） is an important practical teaching link,and is also the final comprehensive practice for students before graduation.In addition,it plays an essential role in the training of personnel capability.This paper tries to analyze the factors influencing the quality of graduation project（thesis） in local universities.Furthermore,it puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and methods for the graduation project（thesis） in terms of the teaching staff quality,tutorial system,selection of a topic,networking management,process management and so on.Lastly,the purpose of the thesis is to improve the quality of the graduation thesis.
